The agreement between you and REINVENT OS

What this is

REINVENT OS is a daily ritual + reflection app that uses AI to surface limiting beliefs from what you write. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Not medical advice

REINVENT OS is a wellness and self-improvement tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. The CBT-shaped reflection prompts are for personal exploration, not clinical use. The automated crisis-language check is imperfect; it is not a diagnosis, real-time monitoring, or a rescue service. In India, call Tele-MANAS at 14416 for 24/7 mental-health support. In immediate physical danger or a medical emergency, call 112.

Your content stays yours

Anything you write in journals, intents, CBT answers, and goals belongs to you. You give us a limited license to process it solely to operate the product (store it in your account, run AI analysis, render it back to you). We do not own your writing and we do not republish it.

AI-generated content

Beliefs, affirmations, and other AI outputs are generated by third-party language models (currently OpenAI gpt-4o-mini). They are not infallible. Treat them as suggestions, not pronouncements. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to threaten or harass anyone, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or scrape data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. If material changes affect your rights, we will notify you in-app first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REINVENT OS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
